Pro Property Solutions ltd is my passion. I provide advice and solutions for property owners when undertaking building or retrofitting projects, borrowing from my 25+ years of experience in construction. My approach is, to first of all, listen to the clients needs, then advise and direct towards their goal. I do this without bias towards specific products or processes, something many larger companies are guilty of.

I have a wealth of experience within the industry spanning over 25 years. I have worked as a sub-contractor, principal contractor, retrofitting and BER Assessor. This background gives me the experience of co-ordinating with all parties involved and therefore our end goal has always been achieved – customer satisfaction.

Our 25 years of experience includes:

Project Manager with a one stop shop for retrofit and Building company.

Director/Owner of a General Building Company for 10+ years specialising in extensions, renovations, and retrofitting.

SEAI registered contractor for 12 years.

NSAI registered contractor for external wall insulation.

Registered BER Assessor with SEAI.

Project supervisor at construction stage.

CIF and CIRI membership for 6 years.
