We can arrange a property visit and during this time the Home Energy Assessor will carefully listen to your requirements when surveying the property.
Our aim is that the valuable time and effort is focused on meeting your goals.
During the survey we gather all the required information of the existing dwelling.
We will assess various elements when carrying out the survey including insulation levels, heating systems, ventilation, lighting, and renewable energy sources.
Who will carry out the survey?
The retrofit survey will be carried out by myself (Brian), and the home Energy Report issued will be bespoke to your property.
I have a wealth of hands-on experience when it comes to Building works and retrofit of properties been a SEAI Registered contractor for many years. This knowledge will be reflected in your Home Energy Report.
My detailed assessment will help identify areas of improvement and provide recommendations to increase energy efficiency and reduce energy consumption. The recommendations are individually suited to each dwelling type. We advise our clients on each recommendation, the cost factor and the process involved.
